@MLTPlanner @Lowes_Canada Good call on cancelling. I finally got my confirmation email for pick-up. I get to the store, wait in line, speak to fellow about order, guy comes back to tell me that 2/3 items are not in stock. Why confirm my order? Why charge my card for the full amount!? Utter waste of time!

@david_hinton @Lowes_Canada Right, I waited over two weeks, they processed my cc three times, I finally get the pick-up email, drive to the Burlington store, stand in line only to be told that all but one item in my order is out of stock! Why process my card if nothing on my order is available???

@MLTPlanner @Lowes_Canada It might have to come to that! Frankly, I wouldn't be concerned if they didn't charge my cc and answered my emails/calls. At this point I get daily advertising from Lowe's but no communication regarding my order :(
