@fittrack By context, this morning asked @Gymshark for a refund on some shorts, I emailed them, explained the issue and took photos, they responded +refunded me within 6 mins!! I can even see it in my account! Amazing service! I cannot undetand what has taken you 7+ weeks & still waiting!

@JessieJay0 @fittrack Thanks Jess. I just contacted my bank and the authorisation key fittrack gave me to prove a refund does not exist and they have lied that they sent any refund. They advised me to contact the citizens advice service since the transaction was over 120 days ago!

Hit the gym 5 days a week, progressively overload, eat a calorie-controlled diet, sleep for 8 hours.

Do this consistently for 5 years.

Then tell me if your "genetics" are the problem.
