Canada Cartage driver called to say he’s OTW. An hour later said he wasn’t coming - his truck’s too big for our road. @CanadaCartage customer service then told me to call Home Depot to reschedule… & that I have to tell @HomeDepot to send a smaller truck!#PoorCustomerService
