My yearly reminder that #mindfulness can be really challenging & in some cases a trigger for people with severe #mentalillness. The intentions are often very genuine for people’s wellbeing but please just remember in some cases can have the opposite effect. #anxiety #psychosis

I have come to the conclusion that many people are genuinely worried about people with any #mentalillness having any position of responsibility. It seems to either frighten them or doesn’t fit into the precise boxes they are used to! Sadly the world is changing! #bipolar #anxiety
