That sinking feeling every time a retailer tells you they've dispatched your parcel via Evri.
Never delivered to where it says when it says, inevitably involving a neighbourhood parcel-hunt for 48hrs and then painful exchanges with the retailer. Why is anyone still using them?!
@HMRCcustomers How do you update your name following marriage via your personal tax account if to get into your personal tax account you need to verify your ID, which uses your new name (and is then rejected by HMRC for not matching its existing records)? Frustrstingly circular.
@TLRailUK, since when was it invalid to activate your flexi ticket at a station ticket barrier rather than on the app? Pretty rude ticket inspector out on the network this morning issuing penalty notices for reasons that sound quite made up to me.
Surprised and disappointed with the quality of the @Tesco home delivery service - both onions mouldy and one egg broken and stuck to the bottom of the box! Not sure I'll be using that again.
@woolwich_works What is going on with this bar queue? The venue has been open for one and a half years - why isn't there a second bar, or failing that cordons or an actual queuing system, yet?
@Trump_ton Any new tariff you enter into as a domestic consumer at the moment will be set at the price cap, so there won't be a benefit to shopping around. If you're currently on a fixed term contract that is better than the price cap, it's worth sticking with that if you can.
Hey @marksandspencer, my fiancé and I are huge Colin fans and are getting married next September. Your Colin and Connie wedding cakes would make our day but seem to be out of stock everywhere. Any chance you could help?!
