❌ Що не так із законопроєктом нового Цивільного кодексу №15150

📄Порушення прав людини. Попри видалення частини скандальних норм, документ усе ще містить положення, що суттєво обмежують права жінок, дітей та ЛГБТІ+ людей.

📄Ігнорування позиції профільних органів. Мін’юст наголошував: документ потребує ґрунтовного аналізу, а не поспіху. До попередньої версії було подано понад 200 сторінок зауважень – нову навіть не встигли розглянути.

📄Ризики легалізації незаконно відчуженого державного та комунального майна. Зокрема мова про ліси, узбережжя, археологічні пам’ятки та об’єкти культурної спадщини.

Автори проігнорували висновки Єврокомісії та рішення ЄСПЛ.

📍Це ставить під загрозу виконання правових зобов’язань України перед Європою.

Низка правозахисних організацій звернулася до народних депутатів із закликом не підтримувати цей законопроєкт.

Hungary’s actions regarding the detention of Oschadbank cash collectors and employees - are an open provocation against a country fighting for its independence. While Ukraine is holding back the aggression of russia, Viktor Orban’s government allows itself to act against a state that is effectively defending Europe’s security.

Europe must stop limiting itself to statements of concern - it must respond with real actions and sanctions against Orban’s government.

If there is no response, these actions can be seen as the de facto taking of hostages, which under international norms has the characteristics of a terrorist act. In that case, Orban himself will be seen as acting like a terrorist, no different from putin.

The Ukrainian authorities should also take a close look at the entire shadow business of Hungary in Ukraine and respond as firmly as possible. When someone tries to stab you in the back - showing weakness only encourages further attacks.

Today in Budapest, Hungarian authorities took seven Ukrainian citizens hostage. The reasons are still unknown, as well as their current well-being, or the possibility of contacting them.

These seven Ukrainians are employees of state-owned Oschadbank, who were operating two bank cars transiting between Austria and Ukraine and carrying cash as part of regular services between state banks.

In fact, we are talking about Hungary taking hostages and stealing money. If this is the “force” announced earlier today by Mr Orban, then this is a force of a criminal gang. This is state terrorism and racketeering.

We have already sent an official note demanding an immediate release of our citizens.

We will also address the European Union with the request to provide a clear qualification of Hungary’s unlawful actions, hostage-taking, and robbery.
