@mbna I raised an online claim yesterday but haven’t received any acknowledgment. I can’t seem to speak to a human about this as the automated service gives no option. Should I have had an email confirmation? How can I check you have the claim as the issue is worsening.

@mbna We have a leak in the bathroom that is damaging the floor and soaking the ceiling underneath so that the plaster is wet - we don’t know where the leak is coming from without ripping the bathroom out.
