@AllieLindo @united acc. to them, "their hands are tied" and can't help, UNLESS I give them $3,200 more for a flight already ticketed

[Kate Rister @kate_rister]

@AllieLindo @united and reservations said they would be happy to rebook the fare for THREE TIMES the amount of the TICKETED reservation

[Kate Rister @kate_rister]

@AllieLindo @united right? The only "advise" they give me is to call res & speak to a supervisor. Which I did last night for 4 hours

[Kate Rister @kate_rister]

@united but the biggest question, what is United going to do to make this right for my clients. These were TICKETED

[Kate Rister @kate_rister]

@united Or that I was on the phone for 3 hours last night waiting for a manager, who refused to give me her name and hung up on me

[Kate Rister @kate_rister]

@united how about why your company is breaking Rule 4 Sec C of your contract of carriage? Or how when I can't get s manger to talk to me

[Kate Rister @kate_rister]

When @united CONFIRMS and TICKETS your reservation, then calls an hour later asking for $800 more per person and blames a glitch 😡
