@VirginTrains Sadly a bit late now - half way to Stoke - did book in advance but is that not the same as an advance ticket? We have seats for our return journey

Just saying @VirginTrains let passengers know that the train they’ve booked is full in advance - paid for the 7pm Lon to Manx train 2 days ago, not informed I didn’t have a seat reservation until transaction was complete and not warned it would be floor seating only #numbbumb
