@hotelscomhelp any reason why your team refuses to assist when a room is not as advertised? Do you enjoy making disabled folks need to sleep on a floor and then hanging up on them?

@CitizensBank just took an additional $500 from me. When is this going to stop?

[my name is KATE @kateamari]

@CitizensBank is there any reason I can’t get a live representative? Your ATM just took $404 from me and did not deposit it into my account.

[New Jersey @NJGov]

@catdeeley b/c you are so stuck up & catty, your server will have to pay taxes on your gluttonous check total. You made him work for free.

[my name is KATE @kateamari]

@catdeeley that's literally no reason to NOT TIP THE SERVER. Was he the one making your food? No? At the very least you owe him an apology.

@USAA_help your team keeps calling me with excuses to not cover my damage and continually deny my claim. I'm not sure you can help.

[my name is KATE @kateamari]

@USAA_help is it like a rule for y'all to just screw over veterans and their families? Everyone I've spoken to has treated me like garbage.

[my name is KATE @kateamari]

Hey, @USAA ! Thanks for cancelling my collision coverage without notice. 👍🏻 I was ok after my accident today until y'all pulled that stunt.
