I've just realised that it's provided by Harpa AI which I've installed as a Chrome extension. It's got some impressive functionality but I'm not keen on it hijacking my Google search.
Yesterday I updated my Chrome browser and Google is now offering the option of receiving AI powered results. I assumed this would be provided by Gemini but it's asked me to login to ChatGPT. Has anyone else seen this?
There’s no surprise here. Using AI to support ideation and to accelerate progress is one thing, but using it to churn out content without value to the audience is quite another.
This is the @sistrix visibility for a subfolder containing AI-generated articles about using a certain popular computer software program... it was working, but looks like it's tanking now.
Excited doesn't cover it! I've been allocated a free ticket in the Brighton SEO ballot and I really can't believe my luck. I can't wait to spend 3 days hanging out with and learning from incredible experts in digital. #brightonSEO
@thetrainline As a specialist in digital myself, I question the accessibility of your app. We will certainly cite poor UX and accessibility issues when we have to defend my son, if the case goes to court.
@MartinSLewis my dyslexic son is being threatened with court by @chilternrailway. They don't consider his disability sufficient explanation for an innocent mistake setting up his railcard on the @thetrainline app. How do we improve accessibility and protect people from injustice?
@thetrainline Thank you Dylan. The issue really is that there’s no confirmation email when you set up the railcard initially. That’s the point when someone with dyslexia would check. Few people scroll to the end of the booking confirmation to read text in small font with inadequate contrast.
@thetrainline@MartinSLewis@chilternrailway Really? Your app is a big part of the problem. Accessibility guidelines recommends checkboxes - you use dropdowns. Inadequate safeguards if someone inadvertently selects the wrong railcard type. So 1 error in set up error -> 59 counts of fraud & you say "no response required"!
I just signed the petition calling on @asda, @LidlGB and @IcelandFoods to remove SuperDrob antibiotic dosed chicken products from their shelves. Will you join me? https://t.co/c1HOCJASay via @38degrees
@wordtune what is happening with your billing team? You don't notify customers before you renew their subscriptions and you don't offer refunds. I've now paid for a year that I don't need and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm not impressed.
.@nadhimzahawi I've responded to @DefraGovUK sandeel consultation to support a ban on industrial trawling for this important fish in English waters. Please lend your support and help save our globally threatened seabirds who rely on sandeels to survive. #SaveOurSeabirds
