Chris Hansen is considering legal action over A24’s PRIMETIME, the Robert Pattinson-led film dramatizing the story behind To Catch a Predator.

Hansen says the film contains scenes and conversations that never happened and feels the use of his name and story without consulting him is “very exploitive.” He also hasn’t seen the finished film after refusing to sign an NDA for a private screening.

PRIMETIME hits theaters September 25. 🎬

I watched “Hamnet” at a screening.

In just 126 minutes, it encapsulates all the sorrow, pain, loss, fear, love and joy, healing and hope found in life across all times and cultures. That beautiful final scene has the power to rewrite the history of cinema. It lays bare the miracle of movies. To be able to create something like this, Chloé Zhao must be a witch, or perhaps an angel.
