Haldimand OPP Seeking Public Assistance Following Concerning Incident

On October 4, 2025, at approximately 3:20 p.m., a witness reported seeing a young girl, believed to be between 7 and 9 years old, in distress. Two adults were observed with the young girl. All parties were observed in a brown or beige Lincoln MKX.

The incident occurred near Concession 2 Walpole and Haldimand Road 55. The vehicle was last seen heading north toward Highway 6 on Haldimand Road 55.

The child is described as white, approximately 8 to 9 years old, around five feet tall, with shoulder-length blonde hair. She was wearing a white t-shirt and white leggings with a purple and black floral pattern.

The male is described as white, in his forties, wearing a ball cap and possibly shorts. The female is also white, in her forties, with darker hair in a ponytail, an average build, and wearing a white t-shirt with blue, white, and pink flowered leggings.
