You can’t attend a concert, go to a dance class or go to see your doctor. You can’t ring a doorbell, use a leaf blower, hop in a car, pull down a driveway, bounce a ball, or ask the neighbor to keep it down.
You can’t check out a farmer’s market or mail something at the post office or go to a parade, and you certainly can’t send your kids to school without worrying that someone will get shot.
That someone you LOVE will get shot.
Or that YOU will get shot.
This is where we are now.

A total of 376 law enforcement officers were at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde.
19 students and two educators were still shot dead.
At Covenant Christian school, there were armed staff members on the premises.
Three 9 year olds and 3 adults were still shot dead.
Today there a was shooting at a bank in Louisville. A bank with armed guards.
Four people were still shot dead and nine more, including two police officers, were injured.

AR-15s were used in each of those horrific shootings.

So tell me again how it is that “more guns” are the answer.

Tennessee Speaker Cameron Sexton has told Reps Pearson and Jones he will not allow them to be seated until 2025 even if their County Commission votes to send them back to Nashville. I have had clients appointed to the Tennessee Senate and House. I know the law. It is up to the County commission to appoint an interim Representative until a Special Election is called by Gov. Lee. Then an election will be held to fill the empty seats. That is the law. But Sexton says he will not seat these men even if they are elected. This is beyond racists fascism.
