Don't cling to a mistake just because you spent a lot of time making it. You don't get the time, money, or effort back.
(aka sunk cost fallacy explained in 2 sentences)
Treat everything like an experiment:
> building your personal brand
> finding your voice
> content ideas
> offers
> storytelling
> audience building
> mindset
The faster you treat it all like an experiment, the faster you find what actually works for you.
@RaminNasibov two things i tell myself in any uncertainty:
> "I'm okay"
> "this shit will sort itself out"
and then focus on whatever is in my control
> Your post flopped and you don't know why
> You've been posting for 3 months and nothing is moving
> A client ghosted after a great call
> Your newsletter open rate dropped for no reason
> You launched something and heard silence
"This shit will sort itself out."
And while it does, you keep going.
"This shit will sort itself out."
This phrase will reduce your anxiety more than any productivity framework.
Here is psychology behind it:
"this" distances you from the problem. You're the observer, not the victim.
"shit" the mild expletive triggers a micro stress release. Swearing is literally biological relief.
"will sort" implies resolution without demanding a plan.
"itself out" removes you as the agent. It resolves itself. Not you resolve it. Your brain hears this and quietly files the problem under not my emergency right now.
That's nervous system regulation in one phrase.
Consider everything an experiment.
