Don’t recommend buying an iPhone direct from apple, was my first time trying too. Mistakes led to a prolonged delivery date and finally a cancelled order. No one seemed to care 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ordered with @ThreeUK instead and it’s coming tomorrow. Compared to apples eta of 20-27 Oct!

@HMRCcustomers very disappointed. Payment plan didn’t collect, spent over 2hrs on the phone last week trying to resolve. Made initial payment but still not showing on account. Plan in place but nothing showing, I can’t get through on the phone. I’ll be penalised but not my error.

@HMRCcustomers Hi 👋🏻 I’ve set up a payment plan with a lump sum payment up front, it’s saying this payment will be taken in 7 days but doesn’t say where from. I’ve not given any details other than set up a direct debit. I was expecting to be asked about the account for lump sum

@HMRCcustomers No worries. I don’t think I’ve got that far yet as I didn’t want to submit my return until I checked this first. I’ve got to stage 6 of 8 ‘view your calculation’ so I need to submit even with the payment on account showing before I can remove it?
