@sainsburys In my last order (no: 342108090, collected 27 May 2020) you substituted JS Soft Scoop Ice Cream for a Mackies Traditional Dairy Ice Cream. This is in no way a comparable substitution, so I wish a refund of the cost of the JS Ice Cream (£1.20). 1/2
