Worst customer service, website, and booking experience from purchase to check in so far with @AerLingus codeshare flight with @Iberia@Iberia_en Definitely did NOT get what I booked and paid for!
@SingaporeAir I’ve requested a call back from the redemption team on Saturday and on Sunday through the Houston and Toronto offices and still nothing. Who can I email or call to get my redemption from hold to ticketed?
@dunkindonuts Seriously?! Can’t believe we spent over $10 for this. Sandwich and hash browns were inedible and the bacon on the barely toasted toast was pathetic.
@KenyaAirways We have no choice but to move our dates due to covid 19, I don’t understand why you would charge us these fees when we are trying to re-book with you once the schedule is released. It is not right to take advantage of us during a pandemic.
@AmericanAir disappointed, moved from the main cabin extra seats we paid for, hot as hell on this plane and almost 2 hr delay, and now we are being told Air traffic control won’t let us re-route due to bad weather. Flight 904 GIG-MIA
