There is no such thing as being “pro-life” while supporting laws that let children be shot in their schools, elders in grocery stores, worshippers in their houses of faith, survivors by abusers, or anyone in a crowded place.
It is an idolatry of violence. And it must end.
Pre-Roe, I was 8 yrs old. I came home from school to find my Mom lying in a puddle of blood. She was weak & asked me to call a neighbor. She was miscarrying, but the embryo would not abort. For 48 hours, she bled while doctors transfused blood, waiting. Abortions were illegal.
Let's get one thing straight: The Ontario government's decision to shorten the COVID-19 isolation period to 5 days without also providing workers with free N95 masks, rapid tests & adequate paid sick days is a business decision, not a public health decision.

Teachers, parents, religious leaders, etc should be educating toward a world where that devastation doesn’t exist.
That can’t happen without truth.
Friendly reminder that suicide prevention isn’t just saying “here if you need to talk!” and posting a hotline number. it’s healthcare. it’s housing. it’s adequate social welfare. it’s food security. it’s actually being able to access mental health services quickly.
