Findings: Cervix is open and short; shortens further and demonstrates funneling (protrusion of gestational sac into cervical canal) with Valsalva
Dx: Dynamic cervical insufficiency (Cx length <30mm from 16-22 wk, and< 25mm from 22-24wk)
