@FlySWISS hi! I noticed my flight from CTA to ZUR on May 19 was changed from 2h 5m to 3h 40m but the same route on other days remains at 2 hours. Any clue why?
@united I got an email to call your customer service line, I spoke with Pepita (sp?) and she said that she just needed to let us know our flight would be coming in a bit later but that we didn’t need to change our routing. But looking at this I don’t know that she is correct…?
@ITAAirways I made a dumb mistake and just booked a trip and my last name is spelled wrong. Should I work through you to correct it or just cancel and rebook? Thanks!
