@SkyNews All the women that played in the world cup should be so proud of themselves. As a woman who wasn't given the option to play football as a kid due to it being viewed as a boys sport I thank every single one of them for helping to shape the future for the younger generation.
@ECG_Clara@UKHSA@ECG_Lorna@UKHSA I find these slides misleading for non medical people. I think discussing IGAS under a GAS headline can be misleading and cause hysteria that all Strep A infections will cause IGAS. The blog explains this very clearly but I feel the slides can easily be misinterpreted.
@EnemyInAState@VladMalik I was in the Royal Navy and this is not uncommon. Quite often someone would faint from standing too long- it is exhausting in hot uniform and carrying a heavy gun.
@LondonAllergy This is really interesting. My 7 year old has asthma and hayfever. Today it has been stormy and she has been quite wheezy. I thought the damp air would improve her hayfever
@SittonGary@AdamBienkov I hope the nurse was consenting to being filmed and being shared all over social media.
Awful times in healthcare. Wonder how many people left after this and maybe shouldn't of been there anyway
@pubhealthjobsuk I'm a nurse and SCPHN with 15 years experience. Worked in PH for 7 years both health promotion and health protection. Currently completing MSc in PH. I'm funding it frustrating. One recruiter asked me if I'd consider going back to nursing!!!!! 😡😠🤬
