For my opinion,all I have to go on is the evidence available through NYSCEF. As of now, no evidence bas countered her claims, so that’s where I sit.

You reference a text message sent before details were revealed to her by participants (who apologized for their part of it) It’s not her account of what happened.

This was her first account, to law enforcement, detailing what happened to her, so it’s considered verified evidence. There has yet to be a verified piece of evidence made available that counters this. Not one piece.
