Thank you @bmj_latest for sharing my perspective on covid, from Venezuela, and why we must “centre equity over exceptionalism, as a path that is not only morally robust, but also one on which we are all better off.” #medtwitter

Gracias, estoy profundamente agradecida! 🙏🇻🇪❤️
As an internist/primary care doctor and mother, I stand with #DoctorsForGunSafety. Gun violence causes needless, horrific death. Surviving gun violence can entail debilitating injury, paralysis, pain, trauma. We have an obligation to our patients to support action on gun safety.
Fellow tweeters: I’m currently looking for writing/translating gigs! Can do English and Spanish, in-site reporting in Mexico City and online reporting/research/translation everywhere in the world (and I can literally write about anything).
A RT is also helpful :)
@ahandvanish I am so sorry, Hannah. How devastating. Your father sounds like a beautiful person. Sending you and your family love and keeping you in my thoughts ❤️
#covid19 🧵
