@HelseGas Really unhappy. Engineer visited this morning. Checked boiler for pressure. Said it was fine but within 10 minutes of going it’s not working again with f1 code. Have had to rebook visit for tomorrow taking more time off work. Appalling

@TescoClubcard Really not happy. Redeemed points for vouchers with Mersey Ferries to do their boat and bus tour and when we arrived they said we can’t do the bus tour as well despite it being on their website and wouldn’t even let us redeem our voucher for the boat. Appalling
