@DrDeepMD@RebeccaCoelius Clinical PMs should seek feedback early and often to ensure clinical team is bought in. Clinical PMs should be able distill findings/major pain points and cut through the noise, ultimately aligning clinical/patient UX with business goals
@DrDeepMD@RebeccaCoelius Clinician buy-in: it’s crucial for products to be something that clinicians find useful & easy to use. A tool embraced by clinicians is more likely to be trusted & used by patients. If they ask for a “reliable car,” don’t build them a unicycle w/ pom poms because it’s trendy!
@rikrenard - current user (user = patient AND/OR clinician!) journey including pain points, blockers, gaps, and proposed solutions
- AMA sessions: “ask me anything” and “answer me anything” (similar to careops mstrmind)
- explain it like I’m a golden retriever (one step below ELI5) 😉
@vrbo I just waited on hold for 20 minutes and then again for 15 minutes and both customer support agents hung up on me. Is this the level of customer support we should expect from @vrbo?
@vrbo since when do you allow listings to arbitrarily charge extra fees outside of the VRBO system? Host told me to contact VRBO and VRBO told me to contact the host and we’ve received abysmal customer service
@jackblack i saw you 2 years ago on dec 18, 2018 and my friends don’t believe me :( have you ever ridden a scooter down telegraph avenue in oakland making this face?🤨
@brent23 accountable and responsible with respect to feeding themselves throughout and after a day of games; it’s easy to forget to eat (the right things and often) when you’re so tuned into the game and mentally focused, but it has such a clear impact on performance that it should be 4/
@brent23 real food while they play, in which case carb- and protein-containing drinks might be the fix. Soylent and Ensure seem to be popular, but I’d love those to be supplemented with easily digestible carbs like bananas. 3. Teammates should try to help their other teammates be more 3/
@brent23 and big caloric deficits that stack by day 2 (and 3 and 4). There’s a need for more protein (turkey/sandwich ingredients are good) and healthy fats intermittently (peanut butter is easy and calorie-dense). 2. As much as I don’t like it, a lot of people just can’t eat (enough) 2/
@brent23 Yes! Have been thinking about rewriting this article for a while. 1. It’s evident that, from what I’ve seen, a lot of people are only fueling with simple carbs (fruit snacks, handfuls of chips) throughout a whole day of frisbee, which means big crashes by the end of the day 1/
@FullFieldHammer@AlChicoine@being_ulti @danielprent wouldn’t necessarily say perfect, and nutrition isn’t one size fits all, but yes - simple carbs are a good choice for tournaments!
