@BensonsHelp I find it hard to understand why your faulty product has become my issue. Replace the bed and collect the faulty item at a later date. I have paid for a product, you have my money and I have an unusable pile of metal.

@BensonsForBeds I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for over 3 months after your inspector confirmed that my bed had broken due to a manufacturing fault. You refuse to deliver my replacement bed, but are somehow delivering new orders. Shocking customer service!
