🏡 Renters & homeowners will be able to move
📦 Removal firms and estate agents can operate
👷🏻‍♀️Construction sites can and should continue
🔧Tradespeople will be able to enter homes
📋But all must follow the Covid safety guidance

@HewerdineSimon Hi Simon. Both Oxford City Council and West Berkshire insist in their section 106 consents that the affordable housing provision is at social rents. This makes it cheaper for us to buy these homes and then we can charge social rents. We’d love SODC to do the same
