I saw a request for a thread like this, so: Writing with Executive Dysfunction. I have ADHD and an anxiety disorder; I start lots of projects and struggle to finish them. But over eight years, I’ve (almost) consistently written a good number of romance books each year.
so everyone knows that cards against humanity is tired and cringey as hell. Today Nick & I went thru and culled all the shitty cards so we’re left with a fun feminist non-bigoted version ☺️ I feel like this was a great hack. (Literally we tossed more cards than we kept lmao)

there is absolutely nothing more disheartening as a chronically ill person than a perky receptionist telling you ‘all your test results are completely normal!! nothing further needs to be done!!’ and i wish non-disabled people were more understanding of this

@NJGalea My dude, I know you’re struggling. Have you seen a dr about getting a mental health care plan and possibility of medication? I’ve been on antidepressants for many years now (recently switched to a new one) and combined with therapy, I am in a much better place.
