@maeghanritter @ArizonaDES Nothing has been fixed! I have not been contacted. I call once or twice a week and nothing changes. I am now 8 weeks without receiving benefits. 2 months of mortgage, insurance, utilities and essentials have passed and I don’t know what to do.

@ArizonaDES I have not received benefits in 7 weeks!!! It started with a delay because of IDme, I was confirmed the day I received the email, but was delayed on your end. Now apparently my eligibility is being review, “a standard practice” I am told. If it is standard why are u so behind?!?!

@ArizonaDES @IDme I verified my ID, and received confirmation the day the request was emailed to me...however I haven’t received benefits in 4 weeks due to “Identity Verification”? Anyone else experiencing this?

Called UI call center and they confirmed that was the issue w/ no timeline to fix.
