@stevewclark@JPLL8@MrSheenYYC Ah yes, leaving the waiting area is the key, something we cannot control on our end. In our test, logging out of google also boots them out of the waiting area.
@JPLL8@MrSheenYYC@stevewclark We found that if the teacher completely logs out of google after being the last to leave the room, the room gets deleted and students cannot re-enter using the same nickname until the teacher re-enters at a later date.
