👸🏻Did you know that HM The Queen has sat for over 200 official portraits during her reign? The very first was in 1933 when she was seven years old and the portrait was painted by the famous 🇭🇺🇬🇧Anglo-Hungarin 👨🏻‍🎨 artist Philip Alexius de László. 🎨 🖌️

I strongly advise anyone with an interest in the work of Sir Alfred Munnings to hotfoot it to ⁦@NHRMuseum⁩ in Newmarket for a magnificent exhibition which runs to 12 June. Paintings on loan from private collections include a stunning portrait of 1921 Derby winner Humorist.
