Representatives from JHG(S) competed in the UK London and South Athletics Championship.
Our female athletes finished with an overall 3rd place finish and our male team just short of 3rd place by one point.

It's been a tough weekend and a very tiring one to but i still managed to medal in all my events (35-39yrs):
🥇 1 Gold: 4x50 Medley Relay
🥈 3 Silver: 800 Frs, 200IM and 4x50 Frs Relay (pb relay leg)
🥉 2 bronze: 400Frs and 200Frs
