We barely made it to our destination in time for our event, me have missed the sight seeing we had planned and the meetings with friends planned, now we have to navigate the @British_Airways complaints procedure.

Don’t think I will be flying @britishairways again by choice.
Our flight was delayed on Thursday evening, and eventually cancelled while we were at the gate at 10:30pm, we then queued for a hotel voucher or next steps, to be given very poor customer service.

We had no choice but to take the flight, as we had no one to talk to.
Got on the next flight to be delayed another 2 hours on the tarmac for incoming passengers and other operational loading issues.
