Hey don't fly #AmericanAirlines . I never got my luggage when I traveled to Europe in August. My luggage showed up at my house a day after I got home. @americanair has not reimbursed me for my expenses. I am in #CustomerExperience hell. Calls go to voicemail,emails unresponded

Hey @AmericanAir Your customer service is the worst. How many calls do I have to make to get a human on the phone. I get automatic emails in response to my emails asking for help. No luggage for 9 days in Europe! Not Cool!

@AmericanAir Well after returning home from my 8 day vacation in London, I finally got my bag. @AmericanAirlines Just in case you need a reminder people need their bags ON THEIR VACATION. Now how do I get reimbursed for the money I had to spend to replace what I needed for my trip?

I received an email with an actual human's name to call to help find the luggage that @AmericanAir lost for my entire 9 day trip to London. Call went to voicemail. No call back. DON'T FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES

August 1st tried to leave Philly airport on American Airlines Flight 728 at 10:05. Not 1 but 3 planes had mechanical problems. At 4:45 am they finally cancelled the flight. Not given any food or water. People got sick. AA agent told us to call https://t.co/3lWnqS2xEu
