@AppleSupport I can’t place an iPhone order using my Apple Card. I’ve spent 5+ hours on phone support, 1+ hr in an Apple Store, and 1+ hr on chat. After 7 transfers, Apple confirmed no issue with my account and escalated it, but it’s been 18+ hrs with no update. Can someone help?
@AppleSupport The device is for my daughter who is going to high school this year, she is frustrated and sad.
Not sure anyone is work in this issue. I had promised my daughter so I need the phone asap.

@amazonIN Looks like Amazon knows the product got damaged in transit on 8th April but no action taken till today. Didn’t even inform the customer. Not first time. May I know the reason why the customer wasn’t informed? Customer service says that’s the policy? Is this fair?

Do remember this is a mistake from Amazon but you’re punishing the customer by doing nothing. Making customers to wait for your technical issue gets fixed. No words to say.

@AmazonHelp Reached out to customer service to know that they cannot even process the replacement order until Amazon fix their technical issue with this order. This issue is there with Amazon for more than year. Why the customer has to wait for Amazon till they fix their technical issue?
