@Michael_Haz I had something similar with @cvspharmacy. Insurance denied a prescription, so they applied some “standard discount”. It cost $2.58. The next month when it was called in again, the same std discount came to $17.51. In neither case were they able to tell me the discount details.
@mcuban No network, go anywhere, clear pricing, pay a reasonable % over Medicare rates, pay providers fast, trust the provider, incentivize good behavior, establish good tech to detect fraud, back it with a strong legal team to force problem providers to accept reasonable rates…
@heysajib I get many of these “offers” every week for my coaching practice and I immediately mark them as spam and block them. Coaching relationships are based on trust. This approach misses that key point.
@cynthiamcgillis I am putting mine into GitHub to have clear revisioning. Ideally a company-wide is installed once into enterprise for everyone to get, but if each person has their own account then you could create shared folder somewhere that contained all the most recent versions.
@Mqsley I'm navigating several changes in my business (e.g. different revenue streams, changing employee benefit structure, etc) that are pretty standard situations. It's just a matter how how to navigate it and what I need to know. This should be routine stuff but I get vague answers.
@DrSuneelDhand Well, sure. They shouldn’t be overprescribed.
But many on GLP-1 already have a healthy lifestyle AND have metabolic conditions. In my circle of users this is > 50%.
I challenge you to have the courage to tell the full truth, all sides, not push some shit agenda.
@mcuban It depends on what AI is being applied to. If we're using AI to provide answers to scripted procedures with known answers, then yes. However, content writing, coding, etc all need to be aligned directionally but not need to produce "exactly the same" answers.
@Mqsley They are fully absorbed into H&R Block now. My guess is there will be a lot of change going forward. I’m slowly moving my invoices over to Mercury now as their invoicing and bookkeeping improves
@PtRightsAdvoc@mcuban I’m about to do knee surgery. Robot part of it was denied by @Aetna, the rest approved. Surgeon is using the robot anyway (better outcomes/std). I am unable to get any info on how much that will cost me. I’ve been told to wait until after the claim processes. Really?! 🤯
Today from @claudeai: If only I had a Slack channel and a Jira login. I'd file it under "critical" with the subject line: "Writer forced to delete and re-upload the same file three times while trying to finish a novel. This is not a workflow. This is a hostage situation." 🤣
@mcuban I like it in theory. We would need to run several scenarios thru it to make sure it was sustainable. Also lower costs overall by removing bespoke contracts, all providers are comped the same rate for the same service in a geo.
