Centralized RPC services are one of the cancers that undermine the core benefits of crypto.
As long as they dominate the market, no protocol is truly permissionless.

@rwgepvavpe3 @WatcherGuru Level 1 protection would be a hardware wallet like ledger or trezor. Level 2 you might want to setup a smart contract wallet like a gnosis safe where you need multiple hardware wallets to initiate a tx however the smart contract wallet then becomes the weak link

@cihanirmak @ppdoninelli @coinbureau I think there are degrees to this. Protocols get developed with decentralization as an eventual goal. The dream is that eventually on a successful project keys get burned and the project lives immutably in a decentralised way. In practice it is rare for projects to get there.
