I haven't tweeted in quite a while, and I never shared my new position on Twitter. Shortly after I was laid off from working at the Caller-Times in August, I started working at the Port Aransas South Jetty. I am the City Hall reporter and also a photographer.
I will miss covering the business community and the @cityofcc. Please continue to support my wonderful former colleagues at the Caller-Times as they tell the stories of Corpus Christi.
It is with a heavy heart that I say today is my last day of the Caller-Times. I was part of the recent round of layoffs at @Gannett today. I have loved every moment of my job at the Caller-Times the past three years and six months I've been here.
