@HMRCcustomers I tried digital assistance yesterday and it just said there was no one there to deal with my specific problem. Calling them? What do I select because I’ve been trying and they only give you help with filing your self assessment. Which I don’t need to do?

@RoyalMailHelp my tracker said my delivery was to arrive yesterday between 10.12 and 2.12 but it never arrived. Tracker now says it will attempt today, the parcel has to be refrigerated. Please advise if you have kept it in the fridge?

An already notoriously difficult area (for its lack of dropped kerbs) has been made trickier with outdoor seating blocking pavements.
