@apatchworkboy I couldn’t agree more. During a recent short stay I witnessed a young woman patient who was non-verbal being dealt with by various hospital staff who obviously had no idea. It was #heartbreaking 😢
Sports people take time off for physical injuries all the time. No-one judges them. But whenever there is a hint people need some space for their mental health the usual fragile suspects are out in force saying they aren’t tough enough.
