I’ve just received another email from @tonies_UK saying they’ve discovered an issue with their delivery partner (@AmazonUK) & will do their best to deliver but could take up to 8 days!

@tonies_UK Disappointed that my order (which is a Christmas present!) has been lost by Amazon and have sent a msg to your support team at the wkend with no reply, and just spent 20min on hold to be cut off due to you being “too busy”. Please help.

@MissCostelli @AmazonHelp @tonies_UK @AmazonUK Sorry to hear you’ve had similar issues. I did eventually get through to the @tonies_UK team yesterday after more calls, cut offs and waiting. They have told me they’ll send a replacement but I’m already wondering if we’ll get it! Not what I would expect from a big brand ☹️

@AmazonHelp It was an order I placed with Tonies through their website and they used Amazon delivery to ship. All I got was an email saying it’s been lost and take it up with Tonies.
