Too bad in customer delivery. This is regarding "No Delivery" of Kia Sonnet in Haldwani after procrastination of over 7 days. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered on Dhanteras and post Diwali we were told that it cannot be delivered.

@nykaafashion I have tracked my courier and tried speaking to them but they do not have any order under the concerned I'd. Since you've partnered with courier partner so the liability lies on the company to fulfil order. Please give me a definite reply or refund. @nykaafashion@jagograhakjago

@paytmbankcare I have shared the details via DM. However, to bring to your notice, I had spoken to one of your customer care executive, who said that Paytm doesn't work on Sundays which is why the query was pending. It's contrary to your 24x7 customer support claim.
