Hunters have split the first pod of Striped dolphins into two and let the larger one escape offshore. But 23 dolphins were driven into the Cove and all of them were killed and taken to the butcher's house.

The selection process of a large pod of bottlenose dolphins who were driven into the Cove yesterday began early in the morning. 22 dolphins taken to Taiji Harbor as prisoners. After that, all the remaining dolphins were released.
