@TamesideCouncil £15 PER child! Ridiculous, quids in if you have more than one child per family on free school meals. I’m all for help with providing free school meals but there should be a limit on the amount each family can claim. My husband & I don’t spend £15 between us.
@BorisJohnson Since becoming Prime Minister my respect for you is immense. I am praying for you to come come through this. Thoughts are with you & you’re family right now x
@RuhushaRuhusha @etihad Credit or reschedule their flight. Not sure what telephone number they have been calling though so will pass this tel number on to them. Fingers crossed they get the money back as they really need it now. Thank you for replying.🙂
@RuhushaRuhusha @etihad Thank you - I know they spoke with them the day the flight was cancelled & was told they were entitled to a refund but did not get confirmation of this by email, the following day when they followed it as as email not received they were then told that they could only have a
@angelas110610 @MargiRickatson@drone_hull@UK_CAA Hi, I rang CAA who asked for the email address of who sent me the email & then confirmed that Protect Claims are working with them & said they had asked for my details again as they were basically double checking the information that I gave on 07/10...which is a pain to be honest
@K33NDOG@UK_CAA Hi - I phoned them this afternoon & they told me that Protect Claims are working with them & everything is fine with them. They said I need to provide details again to confirm my details are the same as what I submitted on 07/10! Will post again when I receive payment-soon I hope
@UK_CAA Hi, can you please assist, is the company Protect Claims legit as they are requesting information from me which I have already provided on 07/10. Ido I need to provide my details again?
@dawnandian95@Nat98892@UK_CAA Hi Dawn, did you have to provide any details in addition to what you supplied when you claimed? I have received an email ( from a company called Protect Claims), requesting further info - proof of payment & also asking for my bank info but I am worried about providing these.
@nico74267661 @ATOLprotected@UK_CAA Thanks - but have no idea how to send details over & also dubious as I already provided bank details on 07/10 when I submitted my claim so don’t understand wh they are asking for them again!
@Denham1Dawn @chewmyster7 @UK_CAA Exactly - can understand the people who have paid via dd & was due to go on holiday soon being miffed at not being refunded - but it seems like the people who have actually paid in full by other means are losing out big time as we have to wait 60 (if lucky) for refund.
@Harpo1969@Barclaycard Holiday was booked to milestone anniversary & also leave had been booked from work for these specific dates so could not change the dates & wait for refund as annual leave needs to be taken before the end of the year - thank you for your concern!!!
@Harpo1969@Barclaycard Seems a though that the people who have already paid for their holidays in full & have paid for 2nd holiday are the ones to be losing out as we have to wait for 60 days for refund & also having interest charges applied by c/card provider - shame on c/card providers for this!!!
@Harpo1969@Barclaycard I have also had conversation with my c/card provider who stated they also will not 1) refund my previous payment under section 75 of consumer credit act as holiday is covered by ATOL & 2) will not suspend interest for new holiday booked whilst waiting for refund of 1st holiday..
