PERMA BAN for nothing? For real?

I was permanently banned today during my Twitch live stream because of an anti-cheat program. I immediately appealed, as I've never cheated before and don't even know of any program I could use to cheat.

I've built a name for myself over a long time, a community of several hundred people behind me, I'm a raid leader with a top 10 Wurm title, all my artifacts from the PVP tree, my titles, my skins, my transmogs, my in-game name... All gone? Just like that?

As a thank you, I only received a rejection with the text stating that a cheat program had been detected. No explanation or help as to what I might have used? The ticket is closed; I have no way of contacting you anymore.
