If you don't know where to start, start with yourself.
Your fitness.
Your nutrition.
Your money.
Your skill set.
Your mindset.
Solve one little pain point in your life and I promise you'll know what to do next.
never apologize for being obsessed. wake up early. stay up late. train twice a day if you want. treat work like a game. seek knowledge like an addict. turn off the world, and create your own. set a vision. trust it. put work-life harmony over work-life balance. find joy in the extremes. it’s okay to have a burning desire, and not put out the flames.
How to become great (at anything):
1. Put in the reps
2. Fight through failure
3. Constantly reflect and iterate
Greatness isn’t guaranteed. Get started.
Do everything in your power to maintain focus on the intersection of what's needed, what matters, and what you feel most drawn to learn and build. If it's not needed, doesn't matter, or you don't care about it, you are wasting your life.
My biggest fear is waking up to live the same life as everyone else over and over again. Doing work I don't care about for people I don't care about. Never understanding, always reacting. No energy or time to think, plan, build, or change. Stuck on the surface as decades pass by.
Most people are robots.
They were told what to learn. They were told what to believe. They were told how far they could go. And the worst part, they accepted it as truth.
The few people who reject everything and start from scratch are the few who are truly free.
