I’m not sure which company is to blame I ordered food on Saturday that was over 2 hours late the “hot” waffle was stone cold not safe to eat. When are you going to refund me!! It’s been 4 days!!

@JustEatUK My order was over two hours late and freezing cold. So I rejected the order.
I have tried in vain to get in contact with you multiple times over the past few days via the app, email and DM’s but have not received a reply or my refund.
