@cvspharmacy update. VM this morning said it’s my responsibility. After an email to the VP of the speciality pharm and another call it’s now been RESOLVED. Finally I feel heard & can order meds 6 mo later.

@cvspharmacy I really don’t understand how It’s taking 7 months to get a situation fixed with cvs. I need my meds NOW and not a diff answer each 45+ min call. The literal worst experience.
