@ATTHelp I had a AT&T Fiber Internet installed June 9. Had to get it repaired within a week. You were going to send a technician 5 days later because of all the service orders in the area. I wasn’t going to switch over to Spectrum and all of the sudden someone was available.

2. A technician found an issue and fix it. Now, 10 days later, Internet is out again. Had to call back, 40min on hold, and the agent questioned if I did something to the modem. Seriously? I think the problem is you, @ATTHelp. I literally have cables running through my back yard…
